How to place an order
To order, please go to the "Order Form" category and fill in the order form available. An email will be sent to you to verify your order within 24 hours. Upon sending the order verification email, customers are required to make payments via any of the payment modes and inform us through email within 24 hours. If payments are not made within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled. No item(s) will be reserved unless payment is made. We have the rights to release item(s) to other customers if no payments were made.

Cancellation of confirmed order
No orders can be cancelled after it has been confirmed. Orders can only be amended before it has been confirmed.
Once payment has been made, no amendment or cancellation is allowed.
